Director Technology (m/f/d)

full-time position to be filled as soon as possible in our division Technology in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth of the business based on existing systems: key operational systems, business analysis, data & analytics, integration with transaction partners, systems operations, infrastructure and user support

  • Ensure the delivery of projects and demands related to the current IT landscape to ease migrations

  • Rationalization and modernization of the existing IT solutions

  • Support the development of the new core platform and associated operational systems

  • Own and account for P&L, Investment and budget/forecasting of IT expenditures

Your Profile:

  • You have  at least 10 years of experience in IT Management, Head of IT, Head of IT Operations in an international organization

  • You are experienced in running and transforming large IT operations (applications, data, infrastructure) as well as in rationalization strategy, migration strategy and deployment of new solutions (co-existence, etc.)

  • You have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with business and IT strategy

  • You are experienced in Change Management and multi-country deployments

  • You are fluent in English and German
