Your Responsibilities:
- Support the growth of the business based on existing systems: key operational systems, business analysis, data & analytics, integration with transaction partners, systems operations, infrastructure and user support
- Ensure the delivery of projects and demands related to the current IT landscape to ease migrations
- Rationalization and modernization of the existing IT solutions
- Support the development of the new core platform and associated operational systems
- Own and account for P&L, Investment and budget/forecasting of IT expenditures
Your Profile:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in IT Management, Head of IT, Head of IT Operations in an international organization
- You are experienced in running and transforming large IT operations (applications, data, infrastructure) as well as in rationalization strategy, migration strategy and deployment of new solutions (co-existence, etc.)
- You have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with business and IT strategy
- You are experienced in Change Management and multi-country deployments
- You are fluent in English and German
