##### Your responsibilities
* Support the marketing team in their daily business
* Assist in coordination, implementation and follow-up of national and international fairs and events
* Create and up-date powerpoint presentations
* Participate in producing brochures and flyers
* Maintenance of both intranet and internet
* Knowledge Management:Formal documents to be prepared to a professional standard
* Complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms.
* Presentations to follow “current” market branding requirements and formats.
* Documents to be retained / filed for future reference.Knowledge and insights to be proactively shared with colleagues (especially juniors).
* Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development.
##### Your profile
* Student in Business Administration/Marketing or related fields with a completed intermediate diploma
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Fluent in German, proficient in English
* Creative and conceptional skills
* Independent, entrepreneurial working style
* Indesign and Photoshop Skills preferred
* Team spirit
