Your Tasks:

* Supervise the daily financial activities within the organization, including tasks like payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
* Manage fixed asset accounting
* Responsibility for treasury management, including short term cash flow forecasting and ensuring consistency with the long-term plan
* Monthly & quarterly general ledger account reconciliations
* Supervise Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
* Compile monthly VAT declarations
* Support with the preparation of the year-end financial accounts and audit in accordance with local GAAP (HGB)
* Assisiting contract management and preparation of tax declarations

Your Profile

* Extensive professional experience as an accountant in an international environment
* Expert knowledge of local reporting standards (Germany/ Austria), accounting regulations and procedures
* Experience in dealing with accounting softwares like Exact
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Fluent in German and excellent English speaking
