### Tasks
As a support employee for the Content Management System (m/f/d), you will ensure the smooth operation of the IT components used for the production of operational documentation.
* Advising and supporting the specialist departments in the implementation of content in the documentation, including XML editing, support meetings and workshops
* Planning and holding stakeholder meetings
* Using a content management system to update the content of the operations manuals
* Organizing development workshops and projects to improve the software
* Monitoring operational procedures, standards and regulations and identifying weaknesses
* Taking concrete measures to improve, analyze and further develop processes and procedures
* Analyzing and evaluating new legal regulations

### Requirements
* University degree in economics, (industrial) engineering, information technology or similar
* Ideally experience with xml-based data processing
* Technical understanding
* Ability to work independently
