Product Owner DWP (m/f/diverse)

## Your tasks

* Taking end-to-end responsibility as the Product Owner for the File service;
* Defining clear goals and KPIs, implementing monitoring tools to ensure the measurability/ benchmarking of the file service;
* Defining vision, product features and processes considering regulatory requirements;
* Ensuring the delivery of high quality product and services;
* Achieving best customer experience and drive innovation;
* Improving efficiency and realizing cost reductions.

## Your profile

* Strong understanding of Windows File Server, DFS, NAS, SAN, SMB and CIFS.
* Familiarity with Data OnTap and 3PAR , Domain Services, Windows Security Policies and Group Policies.
* Understanding of vulnerability scanning and different softwares used for it (Nessus, Qualys, Ticket Run);
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite incl., OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and O365 eDiscovery
* Understanding of Azure File Services, Azure NetApp files or Cloud Volumes ONTAP is a plus;
* Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP;
* Experience with distributed network infrastructure, VPNs, firewalls
* Experience with security engineering and associated solutions, endpoint protection, server hardening, PKI and virus threat protection.
* University degree in IT;
* Fluency in English.

This team provides a global end-to-end operation of workplace services (hardware and software at the workplace, productivity, communication and collaboration tools, MyCom, all phones, etc) and customer-oriented continuous innovation.  This includes vendor/supplier/outsourcing management (e.g. DXC, BT) as well as strategic development of workplace services, product and hardware management up to various service offerings regarding end-user support or digitalization activities.
