Are you interested in innovative financial products?
At Prime Capital AG you will be working as part of the Private Debt team. Private Debt is one of the fastest developing asset classes of the last decade, and we are looking for support to source, analyze and implement the highest quality investment opportunities across senior, junior and whole loan credit strategies with a focus on Infrastructure and Real Estate Debt.
Our interns work for the Investment, as well as the Portfolio Management Team. You will become a full team member and get deep insights into the exciting private debt business. The team covers the entire value chain of an investment from sourcing to closing as well as the ongoing monitoring of each transaction.
YOUR ROLE
We offer a full-time internship in the Private Debt team in Frankfurt for a minimum stay of 4 months. Based on your experience, your responsibilities will include:
* Support the team in analyzing new investment opportunities and the preparation of investment papers
* Prepare Excel-based financial models including cash flow analysis
* Prepare presentations and pitches for internal and external use as well as investment memos for the Investment Committee
* Monitor existing portfolio investments
* Prepare research papers on current relevant market developments
##### YOUR PROFILE

You will fit perfect to the team with:
* Strong quantitative skills, an eye for details, and an active, systematic approach
* Taking initiative and working independently in a dynamic environment, as well as strong ability to work in a team
* High level of motivation and flexibility, with hands on mentality
* Registration in a bachelor’s (min. 3 semester completed) or master’s program in finance, business and economics, or accounting (or equivalent) with solid credentials
* Basic understanding of economics, and interest in asset management, project and structured finance, as well as capital markets; fixed income know-how is advantageous
* Fully fluent in English, as well as strong conversational German
* Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (modeling skills are beneficial) and PowerPoint
* Previous relevant internship experience, e.g. in asset management, banks or consultants is an advantage
* Availability of 6 months preferred
