## Welder/Fabricator

Responsibilities:

· Knowledge and experience in MIG, TIG, weld prep and plasma cutting.

· Must be able to trim, grind, deburr, buff and smooth surfaces using hand tools and portable power tools.

· Ability to analyze engineering drawings and specifications

· Must be able to layout, fit and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames using knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and engineering requirements.

· Inspect assembles and installation for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as calipers and scales.

 

Education:

· High school or equivalent

· Technical schooling background (Preferred)

 

Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

· Forklift Experience (Preferred)

## Production Planner

The Production Planner organizes production according to demand and quality standards. You will be the one to ensure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Cover production demand by creating shop job packages to build routing and bill of materials
* Determine job lot size
* Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
* Ability to read part drawings
* Establish machining times
* Establish safety stock levels
* Keep paperwork organized
* Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

Responsibilities Requirements

* 3+ years of experience as production planner
* Inventory control experience
* Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
* Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems,
* Infor knowledge is a plus but not necessary
* Good at math and statistics
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* High school diploma: Further education or certification is preferred

## Electrical/Mechanical Assembler

The Electrical/Mechanical Assembler will work closely with other assemblers to build capital equipment primarily used in the stamping industry and connect related components. You must be able to read blueprints, know how to use a variety of hand and power tools, and be able to stand for extended periods.

 

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for using equipment such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, crimping tools, cutters, and any other equipment that will assist in the satisfactory performance of duties.

· Build equipment based on accurate and efficient interpretation of drawings, schematics, blueprints, and sketches

· Test and inspect components for uniformity and quality

· Maintain a daily time log of work done on manufacturing and/or production travelers

· Responsible for good housekeeping of individual work area

 

Requirements

* Mechanical skills and experience with hand tools and portable power tools
* Electrical skills and background
* Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
* Understanding of the metal forming and wire forming industries preferred
* Experience with material handling equipment is a plus
* Minimum of 3 years' experience
* High school diploma or GED required

## Midwest Regional Sales Manager

State - WI, MN, MI, IN, TN, AL, GA, FL

Reside:  1st - MI or TN, 2nd - WI

Responsibilities:

* Being the focal point with the Customer and ultimately responsible for their satisfaction, this includes traveling into territories to visit customer sites and work with sales partners
* Influencing Customer buying decisions by learning the Customer needs and matching them to P/A Industries products and services. This includes: Understanding the products and their technical and commercial advantages vs the competitors’ products, in order to present them most favorably.
* Review of the Customer Specifications to ensure our product is capable of meeting those requirements.
* Understanding the market share in his or her region for each product line and the reasons for it.
* Generate customer quotes and follow-up throughout the process to close of order
* Maintain our C.R.M database and provide weekly updates for territory reporting
* Provide start-up assistance on customer equipment

Qualifications:

* Technical school background or stamping press room experience
* Minimum of 2+ years in capital equipment sales
* Must have superior presentation skills and the ability to confidently present the technical and commercial features of the P/A Industries product lines
* Must be ready, willing, and able to travel 
* Must be a self-starter who can work independently, is driven by personal goals, and is accessible to customers and leadership team
