##### Die Stelle

* Verhandlung von Qualitätsvereinbarungen mit externen Partnern
* Mitarbeit an qualitätsrelevanten Prozessen (Änderungsmanagement, Dokumentenmanagement, etc.)
* Erstellung und Bewertung von PQRs
* Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des globalen Midas Qualitätsmanagementsystem, speziell im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung
* Erstellung, Bewertung und Aktualisierung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente
* Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus aktuellen Richtlinien (z.B. ICH Q3D)
* Mitwirkung bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Pflege des Dokumentationssystems zur GxP-konformen Erstellung und Archivierung von GxP-Dokumenten

##### Anforderungsprofil

* Sie haben Ihr naturwissenschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen idealerweise über erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement der pharmazeutischen Industrie
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen pharmazeutischen Regelwerke (EU GMP, WHO-Guidelines, ICH-Guidelines, US FDA, etc.)
* Sicherer Umgang von MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel
* Sie verfügen über Organisationsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

##### Your mission

* Negotiation of quality agreements with external partners
* Collaboration on quality-relevant processes (change management, document management, etc.)
* Creation and evaluation of PQRs
* Continuous further development of the global Midas quality management system, especially in the area of quality assurance
* Creation, evaluation and updating of quality-relevant documents
* Support in the implementation of requirements from current guidelines (e.g. ICH Q3D)
* Participation in the maintenance and upkeep of the documentation system for the GxP-compliant creation and archiving of GxP documents

##### Your profile

* You have successfully completed your scientific studies and ideally have initial professional experience in the field of quality management in the pharmaceutical industry
* Very good knowledge of national and international pharmaceutical regulations (EU GMP, WHO guidelines, ICH guidelines, US FDA, etc.)
* Confident handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel
* You have organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working  
* Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
