## Tasks

Create and redesign security concepts for key applications and configure and customize Microsoft endpoints to meet the needs of the organization.
Have a robust understanding of CIS benchmarks for Windows 11. Document the current state architecture, design the ideal state architecture, and develop plans and solutions to introduce new solutions that meet new business needs. Ensure stability and scalability, anticipate capacity growth through careful planning and knowledge of trends.
 

* Handling of CIS benchmarks for Windows 11 and their practical implementation
* Hands-on experience with client system configurations, including security features of operating systems and Microsoft productivity applications like Microsoft Office
* Capability to assess the impact of security controls on system operability without compromising user productivity
* In-depth understanding of security risks associated with client systems and the development of strategies to address these risks
* Proficient in planning and monitoring the deployment of system hardening measures
* Expertise in using Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Microsoft Configuration Manager to implement and enforce security controls across client systems

## Qualifications

* Relevant certifications or a solid background in IT security, particularly with Windows 11 environments
* Proficiency in English at a B2/C1 level, ensuring clear and targeted communication with various target groups
* Extensive experience in configuring Windows 11 client operating system and implementing security measures
* Very good knowledge and experience in using GPOs and Microsoft Configuration Manager for security enforcement
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders within the organization
