### Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
* Implementation of new LCAG handling processes at GHA level
* Inspection of services provided to LCAG by the GHA as per contract (Annex B and SLA in terms of CHM)
* Conduction of meetings with the GHA on regular basis to discuss service performance
* Taking actions with the GHA in order to improve service and quality performance
* Continuous coaching and developing of GHA
* Monitors the performance of (own) subcontractors to ensure required performance levels and requests required corrective action
* Reporting deviations from agreed standards
* Supervision of daily activities of LCAG staff and performing spot checks with appropriate methods
* Manages, encourages, guides and evaluates his/her team members, this includes agency staff contracted by LCAG
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by superior

### Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
* High school diploma/GED required
* 5 years or more of experience in logistics, airfreight handling and/or operations
* Fluency in English language required
* Qualification according to CHM / GOM desirable
* Computer literate and MS Office as user
* Excellent customer service
* Excellent commitment
