Dein Job

Im Rahmen der Produktbeschaffung bist du unter anderem für die Auftragsplatzierung und -verfolgung verantwortlich sowie für die Koordination von Qualitätskontrollen und ein umfassendes Bestandsmanagement.
Die Verwaltung des Wareneingangs und die Koordination mit dem Lager und den Lieferanten stellst du sicher.
Du bereitest den Produktanlageprozess vor und bist für eine akkurate Stammdatenpflege deines Produktportfolios zuständig.
Um zur Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses über alle Vertriebskanäle und die gesamte Lieferkette hinweg beizutragen, arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen (z. B. Qualitätsmanagement, Marketing, Customer Service, Order Office) zusammen.
Durch die Analyse wichtiger Kennzahlen, trägst du dazu bei, die operative Leistung zu steigern. Dabei stimmst du dich eng mit den Vendor Managern ab.
Um den Lagerbestand optimal zu verwalten und den Einkaufsprozess kontinuierlich zu verbessern, hast du die Verfügbarkeit von Produkten stets im Blick, platzierst Aufträge bei Lieferanten, verfolgst Lieferungen und unterstützt die Planung bei Bedarfsprognosen.

Dein Profil

Du kannst mindestens eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung vorweisen, bestenfalls im kaufmännischen Bereich.
Deine sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten bilden die idealen Voraussetzungen für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern.
Du arbeitest zuverlässig, gewissenhaft und strukturiert.
Durch deine vorausschauende Denkweise trägst du proaktiv zu Problemlösungen bei.
Du bist entscheidungsfreudig und kannst auch in schnelllebigen Situationen wichtige Entscheidungen vorbereiten.
Darüber hinaus verfügst du über analytische Fähigkeiten, um Daten und Informationen zu interpretieren und auf Basis dieser auch eigene Entscheidungen in einem vorgesteckten Rahmen zu treffen.
Du verfügst über gute MS Office und ERP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise im Bereich Beschaffung.
Abgerundet wird dein Profil durch einen selbstständigen Arbeitsstil und gutes Englisch (B1) in Wort und Schrift.

Stock Coordinator (m/f/d)

to join our motivated and dedicated team at our Fulda location.

Your Responsibilities

Within the scope of product & purchase team, you are responsible for order placement and tracking, as well as coordinating quality controls and comprehensive inventory management.
You ensure the management of incoming goods and coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers.
You prepare the product creation process and are responsible for accurate master data maintenance of your individual product portfolio.
To improve the customer experience across all sales channels and throughout the entire supply chain, you collaborate closely with various departments (e.g., quality management, marketing, customer service, order office).
Through the analysis of KPIs, you optimize the operational performance, closely coordinating with the vendor managers.
To maintain a healthy inventory level and continuously improve the purchasing process, you monitor product availability, place orders with suppliers, track deliveries, and also support the demand planning process.

Your Profile:

You have at least one completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial field.
Your excellent communication skills are the ideal prerequisite for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
You work reliably, conscientiously, and in a structured manner.
With your proactive mindset, you contribute proactively to problem-solving.
You are decisive and able to prepare important decisions even in fast-paced situations.
Additionally, you have analytical skills to interpret data and information, and based on this, make your own decisions within a given framework.
You have good MS Office and ERP knowledge, ideally in the procurement area.
Your profile is rounded off by an independent work style and good English skills (B1) in both written and spoken form.
