# Dispatcher (m/f/d) Burbach

We are currently seeking additional support for our Dispatch-Department in Burbach. Are you ready to join us?

Your Responsibilities:

* Serve as the point of contact for our customers, drivers, and subcontractors
* Ensure the secure and efficient scheduling, deployment, and monitoring of our resources, considering quality standards
* Take responsibility for the timely, legally compliant, and efficient execution of freight traffic, monitoring order processing

Your Skills

* Commercial education, preferably as a specialist in forwarding and logistics services, with excellent geographical knowledge
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a high level of customer service orientation
* Negotiation skills in Hungarian, Romanian, and/or Polish are advantageous
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written
