##### YOUR MISSION
As our Customer Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering customer value through using your comprehensive IT security knowledge to support winning new customers. You will be the expert for all IT security related topics for our osapiens product portfolio and will act as an ambassador for IT-security for all our customer-facing roles.
As a Customer Security Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Serving as the primary security management interface with the customer
* Understanding customers short- and long-term security needs and providing guidance
* Creating and maintaining a customer centric security repository
* Identifying industry specific security needs as a direct input for our compliance and product development teams
* Managing and processing customer specific security inquiries
* Building the bridge between our Chief Technology and Security Officer, and also internal teams such product development, pre-sales and sales
* Building trust to customers security officers on all levels
* Coaching sales and pre-sales teams on customer security topics in order to hasten sales cycles and increase success rates
##### WHAT WE LOOK FOR
* You’ll have 5+ years relevant experience in IT security
* Relevant IT certifications, like ISO 27001 and information security related regulation (e.g. GDPR)
* Ideally you will also have experience in B2B SaaS environments or IT security consulting
* The ability to to derive value selling points from an IT security perspective to support the sales teams
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Analytic and structured thinking and way of working
* Fluent in German and English (Spanish, French, Dutch are a plus)

##### DEINE MISSION
Als unser Kundensicherheitsbeauftragter spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, Mehrwert für Kunden zu schaffen, indem Sie Ihr umfassendes Wissen im Bereich IT-Sicherheit nutzen, um beim Gewinnen neuer Kunden zu unterstützen. Sie werden der Experte für alle mit der IT-Sicherheit verbundenen Themen unseres osapiens-Produktportfolios sein und als Botschafter für IT-Sicherheit für alle unsere kundenorientierten Funktionen fungieren.
Als Kundensicherheitsbeauftragter sind Sie verantwortlich für:
* Die primäre Sicherheitsmanagement-Schnittstelle mit dem Kunden
* Das Verständnis der kurz- und langfristigen Sicherheitsbedürfnisse der Kunden und die Bereitstellung von Unterstützung
* Die Erstellung und Pflege eines kundenorientierten Sicherheits-Repositorys
* Die Identifizierung branchenspezifischer Sicherheitsanforderungen als direkten Input für unsere Compliance- und Produktentwicklungsteams
* Die Verwaltung und Bearbeitung kundenspezifischer Sicherheitsanfragen
* Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Chief Technology und Security Officer als auch internen Teams wie Produktentwicklung, Pre-Sales und Vertrieb
* Das Vertrauen der Sicherheitsbeauftragten der Kunden auf allen Ebenen zu gewinnen
* Das Coaching von Vertriebs- und Pre-Sales-Teams zu Sicherheitsthemen, um Verkaufszyklen zu beschleunigen und Erfolgsquoten zu erhöhen
##### WAS WIR SUCHEN
* Sie haben mehr als 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in der IT-Sicherheit
* Relevante IT-Zertifizierungen wie ISO 27001 und informationssicherheitsbezogene Vorschriften (z.B. DSGVO)
* Idealerweise haben Sie auch Erfahrung in B2B-SaaS-Umgebungen oder IT-Sicherheitsberatung
* Die Fähigkeit, Verkaufspunkte aus einer IT-Sicherheitsperspektive abzuleiten, um die Vertriebsteams zu unterstützen
* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl verbal als auch schriftlich
* Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken und Arbeitsweise
