Your tasks:
- Design of analogue circuits for our ASICs in CMOS technology based on the specification to be defined
- Simulation of analogue circuits at transistor level
- Implementation of the analogue circuits in a layout
- Validation of your design in all operational areas, taking parasitic effects into account
- Optimisation of the design with regard to its target parameters
- Accompanying the evaluation, qualification and product launch of the ASIC
Your profile:
- Technical degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics or a comparable course of studies
- Good knowledge of integrated analogue circuit technology
- Experience in the ASIC design flow from specification to tape-out
- Knowledge of the analysis and evaluation of individual assemblies
- Understanding of parasitic effects and noise sources in semiconductor processes is an advantage
- Confident use of EDA tools, preferably Cadence DFII
- Basic knowledge of mixed-signal design and verification
- Several years of professional experience are an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken German and English
