Airfreight Expert (m/f/d)
### Tasks
As an Airfreight Expert (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
* Documentary handling of air freight shipments in the import and export sector
* Logistical and documentary handling of special cargo, such as dangerous goods or airmail
* Being responsible for the evaluation of operational data and its routine processing
* Being the contact person for our customers
* Carrying out billing activities in the division
* Using various internal IT systems and Office applications

### Requirements
You are a responsible team player and sometimes jump in at the deep end? Then also check the following requirements:
* Completed vocational training (preferably in freight forwarding and logistics) and ideally practical experience in logistics/air freight
* Knowledge of customs, aviation security and dangerous goods as well as experience in the documentary handling of air freight shipments or airline handling are an advantage
* Customer and solution-oriented way of working as well as high service orientation
* Very good knowledge of German and advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
* Commitment, initiative, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and stress resistance
* Good communication skills and enjoy working with people
* Confident handling of Microsoft Office products
* Willingness and ability to work in shifts (early/late/night)
* Results-oriented thinking and acting
